Term and Condition
The following Terms and Conditions are entered into by and between you and Maison JE and its affiliated entities (“Maison JE,” “we,” “us,” “our,” or other similar pronouns) and together with any documents incorporated herein by reference, govern your access to, use of, and purchase of products on the Maison JE website whether accessed directly, through the Maison JE website (desktop or mobile), or through any other applications for mobile and/or tablet devices (collectively, the “Digital Platforms”).
The www.maisonje.com website is published and operated by Maison JE Bangkok. Its registered office at 418 Surawong rd., Si Phraya, Bangrak, Bangkok, 10500.
Maison JE reserves the rights of update to any terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Maison JE reserves the rights of all final decision and interpretation.
Customer must register a member account with valid Thai or English name, email address and phone number for purchase.
2.1) Maison JE reserves the right to the extent permitted by law to temporarily remove the Products from the shelf or delay the sales of the Product or suspend or cancel the promotion for reasons of force majeure, transportation delay, system failure or third-party attacks of the Maison JE website and other circumstances beyond the control of Maison JE.
2.2 ) Maison JE has the right to unilaterally cancel your order under the following circumstances, and if the payment is made, Maison JE will refund your payment through your original payment platform without incurring any liabilities: The use of robots, software plug-ins, automated equipment, and other similar technologies to invade into the Maison JE system to create accounts, make orders or make payments, which affect the purchasing activities of other users. In case of any such situation, Maison JE will cancel the order, and may also permanently close your account with us.
2.3) Maison JE reserves the right to cancel your order if the purpose of purchasing the Product is for resale.
2.4) The payment is not successfully completed within the specified time.
2.5) Cancellation by client is not allowed once the order and payment have been confirmed / verified by us.
1.) The prices of the products are base in THB (Thai Baht).
2.) Maison JE reserves the right to change the prices of the Products on the Website at any time and without any prior notice.
3.) Maison JE accept Bank Transfer.
4.) If a customer do the payment process issued by an overseas issuer, additional service charges may be applied by third party issuers and customer payment to us in THB may be subject to currency conversion rates decided by such third party issuers. Further, when customer apply for a refund when customer return the Product, Maison JE will only refund the amount customer made in THB, when customer purchase the Product and we will not be responsible for the exchange rate difference to any foreign currency or any service charges of customer issuers.
Delivery / Tax
1.1) Maison JE is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.
1.2) Maison JE is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
1.3) Shipping address must be confirmed when placing the order and cannot be modified once the order is submitted. Maison JE shall not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to additional cost, failed delivery, loss of courier, damage, etc….) caused by the incorrect registered name, address or phone number provided by the customer.
2.1) Delivery Charge is not included in our prices. Any customs fees or import tax incurred during shipping, customer is responsible to those payment.
2.2) Some countries may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. For further details of charges, please contact customer local Customs office directly.
2.3) The shipping cost will not be refunded in case of Return.
3.1) Customer can choose Thai, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Dubai, USA, Australia, Canada or UK address for the courier service.
4.1) Orders will be shipped within 30 days of the order date by third party courier. Customer can select the shipment method during order process. The delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address.
Return and Refund
All sales are final. No refund will be given on any purchase.
2.Defective Products Refund
2.1) Please inspect upon receiving the product(s) and contact our customer service immediately in case of any faulty item(s) found. Any damage claimed after 7 days (receiving date inclusive) of the received of the product will not be accepted, the shipping costs will be provided by the customer for repair or replacement. Valid damaged claim will be arranged by replacement subject to the product availability.
2.2) Some of the products are hand-made and the product details may vary depending on specific models. Fine scratches may remain on the surface. Please note that this is part of the product’s characteristics and is not subject to any replacement.
2.3) All packaging serves to protect the product from damage. It is not belonged to the part of the Product; Maison JE are not responsible for any damaged on the packaging.
2.4) Maison JE reserves the right to arrange replacement and repair. For replacement and repair, customer will be responsible for paying his/her own shipping costs including tax.
2.5) If a refund has been confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation email. The refund, not including the delivery costs of the initial order, shall be issued via the same payment method used for the order and in the same currency used by the client when paying for the order. Please note that customer bank may take up to 30 business days to issue a refund to customer card, depending on processing times. This may vary among the issuers; Maison JE has no control over this process or the corresponding processing time.
